By accessing or using FeedToMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedToMail is a service that automatically converts RSS feeds into email newsletters and sends them to your subscribers. We provide tools for managing subscribers, customizing emails, and tracking engagement.

3. Account Registration

To use FeedToMail, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use FeedToMail to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited emails
  • Distribute malware, phishing, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Send content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Email Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable email laws, including:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
  • GDPR (European Union)
  • CASL (Canada)
  • Any other applicable anti-spam legislation

This means you must have proper consent from subscribers, include an unsubscribe mechanism, and honor opt-out requests promptly.

6. Subscription and Payment

FeedToMail offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

  • Billing is monthly and recurring
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion

7. Service Limits

Each plan has specific limits on subscribers, emails per month, and features. Exceeding these limits may result in service restrictions or require an upgrade.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content (RSS feeds, subscriber lists). By using FeedToMail, you grant us a license to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

FeedToMail's name, logo, and service are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FeedToMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedToMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
